Elad Daniels is an adjunct professor at Boston College's School of Social Work and a postdoctoral research fellow at the Harvard Medical School Department of Health Care Policy. He is a former NIDILRR Switzer Doctoral Fellow and a former Social Security Administration Fellow.
Daniels received a PhD in health policy from Brandeis University (2026), an MA in economics (2018), and a BA in economics and international Relations (2013) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a master's degree in European economic policy from the College of Europe (2014).
His research lies at the intersection of long-term care, disability, and pharmaceutical policy, with recent extensions into mental and behavioral health, digital health, and primary care. His earlier work addressed health care payment system reform in Israel and HIV and development policy in sub-Saharan Africa.
