Marketing Resources

Campus Recreation Marketing offers the department and it's programs and clubs the opportunity to reach the Boston College community through social outreach, strategically planned marketing, and design. Below are a list of resources available to students, programs, and external entities.Ìý

If you wish to request information regarding a program or initiative from a specific area within Campus Recreation, please visit our staff directory and contact the program head directly.

Press and media inquiries for Campus Recreation may be directed to ericsory@bc.edu.

If you wish to contact a specific person or program regarding an inquiry, please visit our staff directory.

If you wish to take photos or video inside of the Margot Connell Recreation Center or at any Campus Recreation facility, please email the marketing team at least 72 hours in advance. In your email, please include:

  • Department/organization name
  • Purpose of photo/film request
  • Date and time requested
  • Contact information (name, email, and phone) for day-of shoot

Upon approval to film or photograph within one of our facilities, please check in at the front desk on arrival and check out when leaving the facility.

Please note: submitting a request does not guarantee confirmation; you will receive a separate email approving, modifying, or denying your request within 72 hours of submission. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm. Weekend and holiday requests will be addressed the following business day.

Digital Advertising Only - No Print Flyers

In alignment with our commitment to sustainability and creating a clutter-free environment, we do not accept any print flyers to be dropped off or placed in or outside of all Campus Recreation facilities. Instead, Campus Recreation offers space on its television screens throughout the Margot Connell Recreation Center to our campus partners.
